Dr. Chelsea Nutt and Somatic Practitioner Mercedes Fort come together to bring you Resonant Frequency and Breath: a two-hour immersive journey inward.
This is a group healing experience unlike any other.
Hour 1: Breathing with a purpose.
In the first half of this journey, we work with one of the most important elements in our inner pharmacy: the breath. With no conscious effort, your lungs breathe 25,000 breaths per day on average. They work to exchange oxygen on a cellular level and deliver it to your blood stream. We cannot live for longer than a few minutes without breath. There is a obviously a ton of wisdom in the body’s innate ability to move breath in and out…so what if we tuned into that wisdom? What if we tuned our conscious mind to our breath and tapped into not just the idea that breath keeps us alive, but what if we used the breath to give us vitality?
That is exactly what happens in a breath work journey. Our minds are asked to view our breath in a new way. It is a journey to exploring breath in our body as a sensation, as a way to move stagnation, as a regulation tool, as a tool of returning to the Self.
Hour 1 is where we work, where we expand, where we create space within for something new
Hour 2: Receiving in your being.
Hour two brings a seamless transition into receiving, rest, and renewal. You will be guided to find a comfortable laying position and receive an acoustic attunement. Here, sound/vibration/frequency acts as a living prayer, moving through your body, mind, and soul. You will experience a combination of vocals, crystal bowls, a 34 in going, native American flute and drumming, and various nature sounds. Each sound journey experience is unique, because it is curated on the spot by the frequency carried by the souls in the room.
This is where people say things like “my mind went completely silent” or “I’ve never felt so relaxed and at peace.”
We do not take these comments lightly. They are everything, and they are a testament to the work.
What happens in this room is a true healing, and every person-every facilitator and participant-contribute to it.
